Group orders
Become a GOM
Do you run group orders? K-yuhan can be your showcase, next to Instagram.
What is a GOM on K-yuhan?
A GOM (Group Order Manager) runs group orders: fans order through them, they place one order, receive everything and send each fan their part. On K-yuhan, every accepted GOM has a line on the Group orders page: their picture, pseudo, networks, tags (groups, product types, delivery countries) and their open group orders, each one a square that leads to their form.
K-yuhan never handles the order itself: a click on a square goes to the GOM’s form, and what happens next happens between the GOM and the fans. The team checks the pictures, the name and the link of every group order before showing them, until a higher trust level is given.
The team reads every application by hand: the account, the Instagram and the proofs. The answer comes by email.
The GOM rules
- Be 18 or older, and answer for what you sell.
- One https link per group order, to your own form. Never a link shortener.
- Pictures of your own, or that you may use. Nothing inappropriate: the team checks them.
- Accurate information: the name of a group order says what it sells, the tags say what you offer and where you deliver.
- Close a group order when it is over. Without news from you for 60 days, it closes by itself (you are warned first).
- A serious report, or a link changed after the fact, may suspend your line. The team may ask for proofs at any time.
Rules version: 2026-11-02.
