Terms of use

The rules for using K-yuhan. Creating an account means you accept them.

1. The service

K-yuhan is a free website to follow your K-pop artists.

You can keep your collection (albums, photocards…), your favourites, your wishlist and your calendar there.

These terms apply to everyone who uses the site.

2. Your account

  • You must be 15 or older to create an account. Anyone can visit the site without one.
  • One account per person, with an email address that is yours.
  • Your password is secret. Never give it to anyone.
  • You are responsible for what is done with your account. Turn on two-step verification to protect it better.

3. Code of conduct

Your username and your public profile must not:

  • insult, harass or threaten anyone;
  • contain hateful, violent or sexual content;
  • pretend to be someone else (an artist, a team member…);
  • show another person’s personal data.

Using bots to copy the site in bulk or to overload it is forbidden.

4. Moderation

If these rules are broken, we may change a username, suspend an account or delete it.

5. The information on the site

The catalogue comes from free sources (Wikidata, MusicBrainz, Wikimedia Commons) and official sources (KOPIS, agency announcements).

This information is given for guidance only. It may contain mistakes.

Before buying a ticket or an album, always check with the organiser or the official seller.

6. Intellectual property

Artist names, logos, album covers and official pictures belong to their owners.

Photos under a free licence are credited on the Image credits page.

The design and code of K-yuhan may not be copied without our consent.

7. Availability and liability

The site is provided free of charge, as is. We do our best to keep it working, without being able to guarantee it at all times.

We are not responsible for the external websites K-yuhan links to.

8. Closing your account

You can delete your account whenever you want, in Settings › Account.

An account with no sign-in for 3 years is deleted. You get a warning email 1 month before.

9. Changes

These terms may change. If a change is important, we ask for your consent again.

10. Applicable law and contact

These terms are governed by French law. The French version is the one that counts.
